Since 1995, Joan Rippner, RTC Inc. has provided therapeutic recreation consultation services throughout Southern California including Los Angeles County, Orange County, San Bernardino County, Ventura County, and Kern County. Currently, the team provides services to over 75 facilities.

Our founder Joan Rippner, RTC, received her degree from SDSU. The team's homebase is in Los Angeles.
